Dr. Denise McMillen (Young) graduated with a doctor of veterinary medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. She attended Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine for her clinical year of study. Dr. McMillen is a member of the AVMA, FVMA and regularly attends continuing education courses to stay current on the latest advances in veterinary medicine.
Dr. Young enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and spending time with her husband, son and friends.
Before starting Your Home Pet Vet, Dr. Young worked locally as an associate veterinarian for 8 years. She is known for her compassionate nature and thorough medical and surgical care.
